DCS World F-4 Phantom!
1 year 1 month ago
Another hobby of mine when I am not model making, is playing DCS world.
Would have to be one of the best flight sims of all time.
Anyway, for those of you who love the Phantom, they are releasing an F-4 module soon.
I've pre ordered it and can't wait to try it out.
Link to the youtube video of it.

I haven’t played this (is play even the correct verb? ‘Operated’ maybe) since the MiG-21 came out years ago, but that looks incredible!
Unfortunately I don’t think I’d have time to both model and sim anymore. Keen to hear how you find the module once you’ve spent some time in it.

OMG, this is INSANE!!! I’ve always been curious about flight simulators! This looks like something I’d love but, it looks like a humongous learning curve. The music is amazing too,

1 year 1 month agoI must admit it does suck up alot of my building time this sim. I mainly fly the F-18, but I think this will be my new main module.I haven’t played this (is play even the correct verb? ‘Operated’ maybe) since the MiG-21 came out years ago, but that looks incredible!

That does look amazing, and their recent module releases have been very impressive. The AH64 looks great too, another recent release.
Alas, I'm owner of a couple of modules myself, but have never put in the effort to learn and get them off the ground. (F15C and a Flanker)
I do plenty of flight simming though, but I'm happy just for now flying airliners on MS Flight Sim. I can build models while on autopilot crossing the world's oceans lol

Haha yes, that is the good thing about msfs, set it on autopilot and be able to do other stuff at the same time.
The AH-64 module is superb, great fun to fly that helo, and being able to have another person in the front seat is fun as well. The hind is lots.of fun as well.
If you ever do decide to have a get into let me know!
