Nice work shaun
If you need and measurements for the other parts sing out.
The tamiya kit is not a complex build and could be finished in a weekend if did not have other builds on the go,am ready to spray some paint soon
accurate armour set, ordered from them in the UK. cheap, tons of track in the pack (tons left over).. nice and thin, look good in place but you have to heat-melt the strips to get them to fit, and the individual links for the tighter curves go together amazingly badly.. You also have to use CA to attach them and I found it a bit of a nightmare getting it to adhere properly. Not helped at all by the many problems with the kit structure it is fitting to.
The 'story' I'm hoping to tell is a group of soldiers reacting to their first sight of a tank passing by their trench on its way to the front.
This fine looking chap is the platoon commander, originally supplied posed to fire a pistol and wave his stick, I'm re-modelling him to be holding his hat (newly hollowed out) in his left had and his right hand on his head. going to have to bend the right arm, resculpt both hands and made a top to his head.
