It's not going to be too heavy... a bit of darkening around the engine exhaust... but of panel line washing around the raised detail, and wash with the rotor mechanism to give it a it of depth... Hopefully I do it right haha
Well, gave it a was last night with Flory washes, and took a lot of it off. Still left a fair bit on, and she's looking pretty dirty now. WIll probably clean it up a little more, and then flat coat tonight. Then just the lights and little things to finish up. Not too far away.
Here's a side by side shot... I really need light, so looking forward to getting some proper pics this weekend in some actual sunlight.
Hadley picked that up as well Yeah, it's my sons lego set Starting him off with lego, and then model I think next year. He's quite looking forward to it, as I have said once he's six he can have a model
Update In Stash:
Lots of 1/35 Armor mainly WWII German and a few Modern British/American pieces, 1/32 Aircraft and 1/48 Aircraft. Aircraft chosen to replicate RNZAF and RAAF types through the years. Some RAF & USAF types exist also.
Nice work on getting it over the finish line mate! All three done nice clean looking build there. Cool to see all the different types of decals that could have been done. Hopefully get to see them all next to each other this year at Armistice
