You've also inspired me have dug out a couple of Firefly's I never finished & been working on for the past few days, you've done a v/clean build & the paint work on the barrel looks v/good,,one small issue don't forget to add the mantlet co-axle .30 cal ,thanks for the inspiration....
looks superb...the weathering will knock it outta the park...very nice build
Update In Stash:
Lots of 1/35 Armor mainly WWII German and a few Modern British/American pieces, 1/32 Aircraft and 1/48 Aircraft. Aircraft chosen to replicate RNZAF and RAAF types through the years. Some RAF & USAF types exist also.
The kit as supplied does not have an external barrel for a mantlet gun (and other builds of the kit dont show one) and now it is mentioned I am finding that decidedly suspicious as most of the pictures I can find have them. hmm
Most excellent work this. Crispy clean prior to weathering.
I agree with the Kiwimav. Destined for "out of the ballpark" stardom.
My preference - WW2 RNZAF & Pacific Theatre, Allied & Axis, ETO, Mediterranean, AFV & figures
I enjoy doing research
Daylight picture.. There will be more mud and stuff around the tracks once in-scene, and I intend to add a few bits of gear (camo net, some boxes) but not too much as this is in-combat and most pics I see show not a lot of junk on the tanks once in action!
