I'm reasonably happy with this but ran out of puff at the end. Because the limitations of this kit became evident as I built it, I'm keen to build a really nice 1/35 armour kit now, if anyone has any suggestions. :)

The tracks were a bit of a pain and there is a big empty hole visible underneath the back grills. I just need a bit more patience with the details though.

If tons of detail out of the box and a high level of accuracy and modern fit is your thing you cant go far wrong with the new takom/meng armour kits. Depends on your subject areas of interest?

If looking for something outside their limited range, and which has been around longer so cheaper/ more aftermarket etc then I love dragon but they are often harder work.

for Tigers the way to go is the Dragon series. Worth every penny, and Fruil tracks. Easier than their magic tracks. Takom and Meng may have new ones out I’m not sure. Academy and AFV are on par with the Tamiya ones.

I'm tempted to build a T-34 I think. What are the best kits for this?

My own experience is that the Dragon kits are amazing

That said, the AFV club with interior is supposed to be pretty special?
