I'm ambivalent. If there is an extension I'm not sure it will make any difference to me,a s I am now moving into full swing for the IPMS Nats here in September and need to get specific kits finished for the Niche Models display and my own entries (which I've already decided what they will be).

On The Bench
Hasegawa 1/48 OA-4M Skyhawk conversion
Hasegawa 1/48 A-4M Skyhawk

I'd be keen for an extension. With the missus not being well and in and out of hospital, plus the heat I have had both no time and no motivation for any modelling since xmas. I'm guessing we'd be looking at extending it by a couple of months or so? If that's the case then I'm all for it....

I have no problem with an extension and will make full use of it myself.

But not too long. Perhaps a MAXIMUM two months.
Although I will have mine ready by current end date

Tamiya 1/24 Alfa Romeo 155 V6 TI (1993 DTM) - "Built to Race" GB
Revell 1/24 '77 GMC Sierra 1500 4x4 - getting the "Mad-Maxed" treatment - moving to the "Diorama" GB

Well I'm happy to extend for another 2 months as long as no one minds, it's your our show after all, all those that entered have paid to play so whatever suits everyone else works for me to.

I'm happy with two more months, as long as you can provide sunshine everyday for painting

Remember G1 is a pom, so he's not happy unless it's rain, rain, rain! :P

Andrew, looks like the long range forecast is for mostly rain or overcast. Only a few days guaranteed sunshine unfortunately....

Hopefully enough time for me to box and pour the rest of the steps I'm building out the back (the main reason why I've not built much lately).

As long as you don't do what my Uncle did when making his steps to his shed. He wondered why it took 18 bags of Dricon to make three steps. Then he realised he hadn't made any boxing at the back

Nah I had to make a key stone that anchors all the other steps (it's about 900x500mm), so drilled a load of holes in the existing concrete pathway, stuffed lengths of rebar in to them and then boxed round this and poured in about .5cu m of concrete and hardcore. Now I can attach the other steps without fear of them sliding off down the slope ;)

Glen, this GB is not over yet. It finishes on First of next month - 1st July. An Overlap with builds, but some of us were chaffing at the bit (actually that was ME!!)
Don't know how the vote will go but I expect it will be similar to that done for the choices of GB's. Get everyone to take a look at all the final submissions and vote on a list probably.

There are some gooduns too B)

I'll post at the end of the group build and give everyone 3 days to get their photos in, I'll then put a Poll up for a week and get people to vote on their favourite entry.
The winner is the build with the most votes.

No mate, as long as we got a build log (and you certainly have) so we know it's yours you don't need to add the logo.
