Helicopter Group Build Voting Thread was created by Hadley
This is the voting thread for the Helicopter Group Build

A huge thank you from me, for all those who participated as its mainly helicopters I build.
I have really enjoyed watching all the builds come together, and for those who were unable to complete builds, feel free to finish them when you can so I can see them too :-)

All photo submissions have been posted photos in this thread:
www.kiwimodeller.com/index.php/forum/hel...-gb-completed-builds

I have selected one photo of each for quick reference in this thread but please have a good look at the completed builds thread before voting

I have removed my BK117 from the voting list, this ONLY because the poll has a max of 10
If the BK117 is your choice, please post a comment stating so, (just so I know) but vote for something else

In the build:
3x 1/24 Subaru rally cars
1/35 AH-6J Little bird
1/48 AH-1W Cobra

Oh wow! Even I got some votes in there. Thanks guys! Last time I saw it I only had the one, and didn't think I was going to get anywhere as there was some real class in this GB.

Nice work on everyone getting them finished :)

Yeah, I've run out of people to bribe so might as well wrap it up. :P

Congrats Gary - and well done everyone else - and thanks Hadley for your work. I don't know much about helo's but it was a fun GB.

Thank you, thank you, thank you :D
That Wessex is something I've been meaning to get for a long long time, as you know I'm not a Helo builder but the Wessex plays a big part of my younger years. I remember seeing them landing troops on the islands, I remember seeing them flying between the ships after the Argies attacked. It's something I've wanted to build for a long time and now I can.
Thanks Steve for the prize and thanks to Hadley for organising this, and thanks to those that voted for my build.
Gary

And there I was holding out for someone to pass you Gary before closing off the competition.

Nah, seriously, well done for scooping the quinella and taking the time and effort to present your model as you have done.

You better PM me with your address as I can't find recorded in my address book.

Regards
Steve
