Just lovely scratch work. Both the drill press and engine block are excellent.

Hi Glenn,

As a mechanic myself and spending my life in workshops, i can really appreciate what you are doing. And i say that you work so far is outstanding.

Love the engine block and that milling machine is just the bomb! :woohoo:

EDIT: Just had a thought (scary i know), but i wonder if you could make some swarf for the milling machine by drilling a micro drill into some plastic styrene. It often gives what could be passed as 1/24 scale swarf. Depends on what size drill you use of course :)

I'm in TOTAL AGREEMENT with the AWESOME Meter. Outstanding milling machine. And I have even spent a few hours in front of one too. Oldest friend has been in Business for 40 years with his own engineering shop of which I spent 15 years actively involved in the motor racing scene, based out of that automotive engineering workshop. ;) He became my first brother-in-law. :P It has been some years since I was active in the scene, but was just in the shop last week, so I do know what I am lookin' at. Fantastic scratchbuilding there sir . . .

Fantastic scratch building - I myself have spent no time in the shop unlike all you others, but still appreciate the accuracy of what you're pulling off. Great work.
