got the B-47 on the wall of steel... funny how small it looks next to the B-52 and B-36 all the same scale.

The glue has cured on the KC-130 when I feel brave I will try and putty/repaint.

LOL! It really does look tiny! Even though it's still quite a sizeable aircraft in itself.

Amazing collection there.
How do you go about mounting them on the wall?

cheers mate!, I get two plaster board anchors, the spring loaded kind both can take 13 kg each so an over kill but its secure

Then I form a loop of really light weight tie wire (some times even 0.8 solder wire) and wrap it round the fuse under the wing with a little play to hide the anchors.

November 2016 earth quake didn't even move them!

So part...err 5? Tupelov TU-95MS Bear

Another large all silver plane.... bit of dark aluminium bit of white..... boring... if this aircraft wasn't soooo cool!

Its massive. and this is 1:72!!!

Starting oddly at step 8 with the cockpit, Trumpy want you to build entire engine pod and gear sub assemblies before you start on the main fuse. I'm ignoring that.

The most sparse inaccurate cockpit ive seen these guys produce. and you can't see anything so its all the parts on, then paint, maybe add some cushions but not much else. you really can't see it. not sure how the crew would communicate in this setting CRM would be very poor!!

Model masters Russian cockpit paint dead on!!! and not bad even for enamels.

the seam on this is going to make me cry I can tell already.

So the fit for a trumpy is pretty poor, i'm surprised. the engines DO NOT sit well and will required a "dremelling" not just a sanding. excuse the finger marks in glue it was a real bitch getting the engines anywhere near aligned...

Other wise it looks good, nearly as big as the B-52, not looking forward to painting all those props...

Awful fit

Mock up...

Wow!! It's huge. Trumpeter is funny, sometimes spot on, sometimes shite. It is not necessarily the age of the kit either.
