We had 6 completions in the challenge, and I said I'd organise a prize. The winner who is picked by popular vote will get the choice of one of these kits (dependent on stock availability) and a TwoMikes resin seat, because that is really the only part of the kit that needs improving.

Voting is open until 10 Oct, and one vote per member please.

Here are the completed entries, in order of completion:
1. Nosferatu's Italeri 1/48 A-4K Skyhawk, RNZAF

2. Ian's Italeri 1/48 A-4F Skyhawk, USN

3. DangerMouse's AZ Models 1/48 TA-4J Skyhawk, USN

4. Azza's Airfix 1/72 A-4B Skyhawk, USN

5. Xtr3meNZer's Hasegawa 1/72 A-4F Skyhawk, USN

6. grover's Hasegawa 1/48 A-4E Skyhawk, USN

Voting closed and we have a winner - congrats Nosferatu. By popular vote, you win the prize. PM me your postal details, and which kit you would like, and I'll get this underway.

Thanks to everyone else who participated. Look forward to seeing all of those Skyhawks at Armistice (or as many as can make it).

Yes, congratulations Nos. It's a fine piece of work, beautifully and unusually presented, and you a deserving winner.

I'll be bringing my OA-4M, Brett said he would bring his IAF A-4, and no doubt Steve will bring his A-4K also. The more A-4s the better.

I echo what the others have said, well deserved indeed. Should be a little boost to the mojo there to help finish some other kits.

Pity I was so late to the Scooter build party. Part of me really likes the idea of building an RNZAF Scooter in her delivery colours to Auckland. Anyway my misfortune aside there were some lovely builds to look at, so thanks to all that partook.
