OK, here's my start-up pics:

Not going to do any major detailing and/or clever effects or add any great mass of extras. Just the model as it comes from the box but with the seat and TER's from a Hasegawa A-7, a pair of 'Shrikes' also from Hasegawa and four Mk82SE's from the Monogram AV-8B kit. The decals are CAM sheet 48-042. That's pretty much it. Hopefully when it's done it will look a little like these:

As it's way too warm to build models just now AND I'm on kiddie-minding duty, it will be a couple of weeks before I can get around to any meaningful bench time.

Nice. Look forward to progress.

From memory, the Snakeyes in the Mono 2nd gen Harrier are Mk.81s.

Made a little progress today.

First I cut-down one of the 300gallon wing tanks, so it will sit on the centreline pylon, and fashioned a 'cap' for it from some old plastic card:

Next, I built the model, well the main bits anyways  :

All comments, queries and criticism welcome. More soon.

Primer on:

Going to leave it a few days to dry thoroughly, then start with the white.

Two light coats of Tamiya matt white. Ready for a coat of glossy white now, that should be enough for the decals to sit on.

More soon, stay tuned.

Yeah it's a work day and it's one of those "can't be arsed" ones... Us kiwi's do tend to lack the razor sharp wit that you poms exhibit on a regular basis also...

Looking good Ian! I'll have to try and catch up as the garage has been way too hot and humid to spray lately. As well as my daughter starting the terrible two's a few months early, I haven't had a lot of time to do any modelling, other than working on my Meng Terminator while watching tv some nights...
