Ship shape - Not. was created by PJNZ
Date of manufacture 1957, Original purchase price $2.98US. I think the amount of flash, unevenness of plastic thickness and poor fit of parts qualify this as a truly crappy kit. My idea is to try and create a steam-punkish 'flying ship’. Whether my mind's image is actually realized might be another story....

Good idea for a fantasy build. Will allow a lot of improvisation, but steampunk will also be a great challenege. The devil's in the details as they say. Watching with interest mate.

Cool concept never even thought about doing a steam punk air ship and my wife loves steam punk so I'm keen to see how you go at this.
