Just something I'm building as a "If I buy this will you build it for me?" favour for a friend before I get back to my Tomcat/Gladiator/Skyhawk/whatever else is on my bench that's on temporary hiatus.
His birthday is coming up, and while he knows I'm building it, he doesn't know about the Tirydium Models LED kit I've installed
This is my first attempt at LED'ing anything, so I thought a kit was a good place to start and Warren at Tyridium has been really good to deal with.
The kit itself is pretty simple and nicely engineered, and goes together very quickly and easily. There's not a lot to it mind, but these kind of subjects can be tricky builds sometimes (the Revell B5 Starfury I built for the same friend comes to mind )

Mods feel free to shift this somewhere more appropriate.
Looking good too, I have the same kit mostly built (sans lighting kit) and other than the whopping great big seam under the wings where the top and bottom halves join it goes together well.
In Soviet Russia, Iron Curtain GB builds you!
People look at me funny when I say I own "Fifty shades of Grey". FS36118, FS36270, FS36375.....
