Wifey not well so I have been hangout out with her this morning as we watched recorded TV, so I thought I would throw together a bandai Kit quickly. No paint, no glue, no decals, just a cut and sand and snap together. Nothing major to share about the build except the photos. It really builds up well, and while It would be a shame to kill it, I may use it as a practice bed for oils before I put them on my Millennium Falcon

There were about 4 sprues plus a clear and the base and missiles, so pretty straight forward

First step was adding Senior

There were some stickers that I had to add to the inside. Kinda stuffed them up but it didn't matter at the end of it. You cant really see inside too much

All buttoned up. I decided instead of the clear glass areas, I would do the empty frames, to both save having to paint, decal or sticker the clear parts, and just to be able to get into the insides easier if I decide to remake this with a bit more effort.

And the rear section put on

Then the wing assembly. It's benn pretty straight forward. Maybe not as strong fitting as the AT-ST I built, but still a great kit

And the cool part is the stand can hold the Fighter in different positions

Nice Sunday build to change things up, and well worth doing just for fun.

Lol, very quick, only took me a couple of mins!!

Nice little kit, and looks like it's open for adjustments to the painting/weathering if so desired. Nice

Yeah it would build up really nicely. The only thing that would be tricky is masking the wings. The way that have been molded is super clever, but you can't separate the two colours. The detail and fit however is Banai's usual "outstanding" quality.

Looks good, no paint needed IMO, just some weathering
Be careful with what you use though, the AT-ST is now infamous for having a couple of parts that react with enamels and laquers leaving brittle parts.
No reports from the Tie yet but better safe than sorry.

Stand aside caffine, this is a job for alcohol.
