A Panther side quest was created by Bishop
As mentioned elsewhere I’ve bought the Rye Field Panther to assist in the construction of the late Trumpeter conversion Panther.

I’ve decided to take one of my DML Panther F upper hull and turret to make a hybrid F with all the bells and whistles. The fit is perfect so the side quest in 1:35 begins.

First thing is remove the radiator unit covers molded in place on the F hulland widen the engine area framework to make full use of the interior.

This is going to take awhile as the biggins come first. Gee I’m loving the modelling at present.

Cleaned up ready to trim the engine cover surrounds.

Some added reinforcement for the rear deck section. This will all be sanded flat

Yes it is. The Rye Field is very fiddly with more detail than a 1:16 shoved into 1:35. The next part is the fun part, the floor braces in PE.
