Here's something I picked up a while ago and started in the lull since the Nationals a couple of weeks back. It's the fairly new Mirror Models Quad Mk.II with the No. 5 Body.
I have to say that the Mirror Models are certainly worth what you pay for them. They are particularly expensive in the grand scheme of things, I think this kit was around the $60 - $70 mark. The detail is very fine and the build is almost like the real thing, they seem to have thought of everything.
The kit consists of 6 x Sprues, 3 smallish sheets of PE and 4 vinyl tyres plus a couple of bits of copper wire.
Really the only thing I found slightly "off" with the kit is the PE, but only because it's a bit thinner than what most manufacturers use so it deforms easily.
Still it builds up in to a really nice kit with lots of fine details, there's still a lot of fiddly bits to go on but here's the work in progress forgive the drive fit of some of the parts.

Thanks mate, I've primed it all in black and done wood effect on all the interior wooden parts, then it'll be some hairspray and the green over the top then scrub it back.

I haven’t seen the Quad with this body. A variant I didn’t know about.

It's the No. 5 Body on the Mk.III chassis, the normal Quads that everyone knows from the venerable Tamiya kits were Mk.II's I believe.
I've almost done with the interior, it's going to be a closed door job so you'll only see the detail through the windows anyway.
Thanks for looking, if you want to see them close up click on the photo then load the full resolution images (they are about 4-5MB each).

Ha, looks like the chairs at my old primary school. Really like those weathered and used effects on the wood, Gary. Very very realistic. Kudos, matey.

What Ian, said except that we had wooden seats at our primary school. None of this canvas stuff... they were real seats they were... luxury luxury..

Really liking the weathered effects on the interior... what sins are being hidden by cropping out your cutting mat though?! Top secret project perhaps G1???? ;)

How do you keep a fool in suspense? I'll tell you tomorrow..................... :P
Nothing special just the unwashed dirty exterior, I didn't want it to detract from the interior detail.
