Aussie Centurion (Vietnam) was created by gmoss1
Hi everyone

I finally finished!

This the AFV 1/35 Australian Army Centurion (Vietnam) kit, which I built mainly OOB with the exception of the decals (Mouse house), mantlet cover (AFV) and a few bits and pieces from the spares box (stowage items etc).

It was painted with Mr Hobby acrylics and weathered with pastel chalks.

Cheers
Greg

Came up nice!!! Like the weathering and the tracks came up nice! I doubt very much that this tanks is the first one to have a track on back to front. Outstanding OOB first build.... is the diorama next??

The mud and the tools on the rear deck look just the part. This is a really nice, very convincing build, looks like it came straight out of the conflict.

Thanks very much for your comments fellas, I really appreciate it. I was originally going to build it into a diorama but decided to make a simple base for it instead.

I'm going to present it to my Dad tomorrow.

Cheers

Thanks guys.

Steve - Yes, I was surprised at how effective the base turned out for a quick slap-up job!
