Which kit should Grant build next? was created by Grant

So after a lull on the modelling front I'm finally working up some steam for another 1/32 aircraft build. But which one? I keep taking kits out of the cupboard then putting them back in. These are the kits that appeal most at the moment. Tell me which one O wise ones!

Hawker Hunter it is! And I've started. I'll post progress in this thread. I wonder if there is an aftermarket seat for this.

There used to be a Black Box/Avionix/True Details seat and cockpit set but these appear to be no longer available. The CAM MB.3H is still available though. store.spruebrothers.com/product_p/camr32036.htm

Thanks for that. I've decide to build this out of the box quickly and just have a bit of fun with it.

Nice kit so far. The surface detail is very fine. The seat (especially the belts) could be a lot better. I might clean up the cockpit a bit, but keen to get to the painting asap. It's nice to be building an aircraft again.

I actually have been working on this, but very slowly. It is now ready for some paint. The fit is reasonable, but there are various seems that need filling.

I've managed a few sessions on this over the break (including the occasional tasty beverage). I used Tamiya putty to fill the small gap around the forward canopy. It's now primed in black and ready for the main paint job.

The top grey with a little bit of shading. Paints are Tamiya acrylic as always. Next up, masking for the green.

Some decals on the bottom. These react very quickly with Micro Sol, and I ended up destroying one of the ejection seat warning signs.
