Tamiya - 1/48 Fw190 F-8 was created by Gary
Was going to be a quick build, get something out before Christmas, then I decided to do two of them, one is the Dragon Fw190 A-8 and this one which is the Tamiya - 1/48 Fw190 F-8. Both are at the same build stage but this one has had paint applied.
The kit is a typical well built easy to assemble Tamiya kit, I've added some Master Model barrels I had kicking around.
I decided to go with an Italian job 2/SG4 in Northern Italy. I scanned the paint guide and traced the camo markings to make a mask on the die cutter, it turned out quite nice and should all tone down once I've put some filters and panel lines etc.

Gloss coat applied, decaling started.

Hope you like it, comments welcome.

Cameo Silhouette, it doesn't get used as often as it should but I use it as often as I can. This is the 2nd time I've used it to do a full camo scheme on an aircraft.
I've used it to make 1/72 aircraft stencils for registration numbers etc for a couple of people here.
It's expensive enough that most people can't justify having one based on the small amount of usage you get from it, on the other side when you do want to make your own masks it's bloody awesome.
