Just a wee update, not had much time at the bench mainly due to the tight schedules I pur on myself for the building works here.
Been plugging away at the chairs and belts etc. They are proving to be fiddly and I think i actually prefer Radan's belts also not keen on them only being coloured on one side. Still they look nice enough when finished.

Yeah it's been hit by a hammer a couple of times over the last few days. I'd forgotten how good hard work felt.
Not done a physical days work since I had all that spinal work done 5 years ago.
I hurt like I've been by a truck but damn I'm sleeping well lol
The end goal is the new workshop but the journey includes building 2 new sheds and gutting the bathroom back to battons and fitting a new suite in, all the while organising the 75m of concrete for a car pad and a pad beside the house. Oh and the Arborist taking out 4 big trees and a load of bushes.
I'll need another holiday to recover from this one.....

Which way did the pilots access the seats G1? Maybe a slight metal effect on the edges of the seats using a sponge with a dabbing action, or even some strokes with an ultra fine brush to represent the scratches made from harness buckles etc?

When I said I was finished with the seats, I just meant the building of them. I'll weather the whole area at the same time so it blends ;)

I picked this one back up again last night, it'll take a while to familiarise myself with where I'm at.
First thing to get the flow going once more is the engine from HPH, here's one of them all ready to start trimming up and building etc.

Will post when I have more done.

I started putting the resin together but it just didn't look right, when I looked back at the kit ones I realised that they were of a high quality anyway (and still contained a gazilion parts). This is one of the engines part way through with still the back side manifolds to add, paint and detail.
