Hasegawa 1/48 A-4M Complete! was created by Fritz
Hi All

After 1 year and 5 months, I am pretty much calling this done. Everything is out of the box except for the bombs and the Two Mikes Drop Tank.

Sorta thinking I should have weathered those bombs a bit more, but from the few pictures I have seen they seemed relatively clean. I can always pull them off at a later date and dirty them up.

Cracking build matey... Not got any Hasegawa A-4's in the stash anymore but if I see an 'M' at the right price, I might just be tempted.... and it's your fault !!

Sharp looking scooter!!! B)

I'd leave the bombs as is myself. (Not every piece of ordinance used by the US Navy was left out in a muddy sun baked field for half a decade ;) )

looks fantastic. If you weather the bombs, I suggest just weathering the bomb bodies, and leaving the tails pretty clean. They are only assembled together before the bombing sortie, and usually the tails are stored better protected than the bodies.

One of my favourite kits, and you've ended up with a very nice looking example.
