Hi,

I have finished up my Bf109F-2 build using Zvezda's nice kit.. I used some eduard belts and a bit of wire and brass tube on the engine.

The kit is well detailed if a little fiddly. The scheme if for Hannes Trautloft's aircraft from JG 54..

JG 54 are renowned for their use of non standard Luftwaffe camo schemes and this is the subject of a lot of debate. I ran with a scheme using 2 greens.

Very nice John. And you're right the argument/ discussion/ debate/ bun-fight on other sites regarding the 'green' JG54 109's are great entertainment !!
;)

That's turned out beautifully. Nice to know that Zvezda
also makes good kits, they've been know for some shockers in the past.

Thanks guys...

Bish the new Zvezda stuff is ok I think the 109s they do in 48 are very nice.

Ian yep I tend to avoid those 'informed' threads on colour. So many conflicting views if you listen to 1/2 of it you'd never build anything...

Cheers

John
