What is the cc rating on the bike? They are fun, but you almost have a death wish riding on Auckland roads lol
Lucky I wont be riding in Auckland any time soon then It's 250cc, but it's supposed to be quite a good bike, and still got good speed - I don't know squat about bikes etc, hence why I wanted to get one that needed work, so I can get to know it, and how they work properly
Sweet. 250cc is plenty big enough for fun. Can go bloody quick too. A friends brother was killed on his 250 when he clipped a stock truck pulling out of a driveway, just outside of Albany. The police estimated he was doing in excess of 200km/h at the time of impact
My brother in law had a few trail bikes, I got to have a ride on a 175cc and a 550cc. The 550 was a beast. I never got past 3rd gear lol
35th scale King Tiger. I don't normally do German armour, but this is a project I had wanted to do ever since I did w a windopw shop (here in Heemskerk) themed "Market Garden".. that was because of the 70th anniversary of this operation..
And the Hasegawa 1/48 F-16 Zeus II. Turns out I got the worng eus, but the decals are being made as we speak so I'll keep this kit...
Oh well... thats it for now.. I have on Tamiya F-4J (32nd scale) coming from Seal out of Hong Kong and 4 more kits on order from my local vendor and that will complete my stash... Yes I DID say that out loud....

I haven't made any modelling purchases - but I have managed to score myself this! $400 and about the same in parts needed, and then I'm going to rebuild anything that needs to be done myself.
I know, not modelling related, but I thought I would share with you all
Honda VT250 Magna.
If you get stuck for any bits send me a message and I may be able to help you. I have about 5 of these sitting in my warehouse and another 1 or 2 at my workshop stripped for parts. I used to import a lot of these.
It has been so long since I have posted in this topic... super slack I know.
Here are some items I have purchased over the last few months.
Awesome little kit I manged to score for a great price from the closing down sale at Models at 747
A mate of mine has built this same kit some time ago and ever since seeing how detailed the kit was I have been meaning to get one.

Rick from Rick's Model Kits had a deal on some airfix kits and I couldn't pass up the 1/48 Merlin at half the normal retail price.
Also got some tiny magnets a while back, got some 1x1mm, 2x1mm and 2x2mm ones, will be handy for mounting ordnance to pylons (and saves them getting broken if they get knocked off) Could also be handy for mounting any other small bits and pieces.
