I haven't moved host yet, I just recompiled the databases, upgraded all the components and removed the unused ones, unfortunately I removed the menu one and haven't been able to put the menu back quite how it was. The overall browsing seems to be quicker but the posting is still a bit slow.

There may be some lost posts, as it's taken the hosting company 5 days to do a backup of the site, funny it only took the new company an hour to upload and sort them for me.
