I might have to jump on this one next month.
I have a nice Mclaren MP4-30 that needs finishing up.

Which reminds me, any recommendations on super thing files (who puts ejector pins in the aero slats, honestly)
I know Daneby has some super flash ones, anyone know where I can get something similar (his were on Facebook) for less $$$ ideally :-)

Stand aside caffine, this is a job for alcohol.

Have you seen the flexi-file sanders?
They do ones with a aluminium bow that a sanding strip is strung between a bit like a fretsaw. That would work well for what you need.
I'll find a link tonight when at the desktop.

I have a set and have to admit to not trying.
The parts is so small and fiddly id be worried the tension based flexi-file might be to aggressive.
Especially in the super detailed wings of modern F1 cars, and the rear wing end plates

I will be in on it as well. I have several (probably 6 or 7 to pick from). This is a good idea as motivation to complete problem models is needed at times.

Don't see me getting much build time in before the year is out and then I will be away from home until mid Feb, so I will jump in then :)

Cheers Michael
