I think that's an excellent idea, opens the build up to M8 SP Howitzer's & M2 & Greyhound Scout cars, M24 Chaffee's and Shermans, the French used all of these, not to mention Dakota's, Ju52's C-119's Spit IX's and even Mosquito's aswell as the more well known Grumman Bearcat .
I quite like Vietnam as a country I used to travel up there with work quite a bit. The French influence is very apparent in the buildings culture and food.. Plus there are quite a few French era pill boxes at some if the major intersections in HCMC.
Ian I was thinking of a Bearcat or Hellcat...although one of the DBP M-24 Chaffees also appeals...
If you go for the Chaffee, I have an old Bison Decals sheet you're more than welcome to. I've got a 1:48 F-105, and an F-5A/C that would fit right in, just off the top of my head, but there's so many more in the stash.
Please guys if you are interested in participating in this as a GB, post your vote at the top of the thread. This helps the admin team calculate the interest, and whether we have the required number (10 participants) to get the green light

So, Andrew, who suggested the GB and has the title of 'Moderator' under his Avatar isn't going to be a Moderator on this GB - but John who has the title of 'Platinum Border' is going to be a Moderator on this GB....
So, a Platinum Border can also be a Moderator?
And, people who suggest GB's aren't allowed to be Moderators on that GB? ... is it because they're not independent or something?
