Hi had a bit of a mojo loss on the TU95 so decided to rip into something i'd been meaning to do around the same thime is did the 1:32 He111 about ooooh 5 years ago...

So bugger it i love really complicated cockpit builds, on these models the cockpit is about 50-60% of the effort . I've also always loved the "SchnellBomber " this and the He111 i would have love to have flown (Preferably while NOT being shot at)

so this is it, a bit crushed from being at the bottom of the stash for so long.... great models this 1:32 series of Revell.

Using a few goodies i got ages ago, the PE for cockpit (not the big ed set) lenses for landing lights, RB production belts (thanks Garry) and after market swastikas because revell (of Germany) do not print them!!!

And the effort of finding the parts gluing them correctly to get to this took me all night!!!

So got it together after a few nights work, the belts alone took hours.

And one hell of a masking job.... i won't learn, i never buy mask sets.... i prefer bleeding cut fingers

And this is where its at tonight.... some pre-spraying to see if the joints have blended or need a bit-o-putty

Nice. I have this, and the A-4 with bomb racks.

Have been looking at a few AIMS conversions for both of them. Thinking of either the A-5 or a C variant heavy fighter

Pit looks really busy (in a good way). As for masking; you're a sucker for punishment masking a JU88 (the gothic church window of schnellbombers) by hand.

Cheers bish, yeah i do love the totenkopf squadron insignia, i made the He111 with the red insignia, i am surprised too, i'm not sure why they did it, surely there is no Luftwaffe/SS affiliation???

Right calling this done, gonna leave it pretty clean like a 1939/40 era bomber. just did some smokey exhausts

Interesting comparing scales, as i do the 3 models at once thing i'm dry fitting the next project,... 1-32 scale F-15D look at the size of this thing. glue and Tamiya pot for scale.

Very nice!

I don't envy all that canopy masking you had to do.
